The lychee is a subtropical tree, its fruit is consumed fresh, although it can also be frozen, canned and dehydrated, it has a visually attractive red color, its skin is thick. The flesh inside is sweet and with an excellent flavor, in it we find important nutritional properties.

Lychees are a great source of vitamin C, and like almost all tropical fruits, they are high in potassium and more so when eaten fresh. Those canned or in syrup do not have the same properties.
